Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Haspura P.S.Case No. 39 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 326, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of sprinkling kerosene oil and setting the informant on fire. It appears that earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench vide order dated 5.2.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 63283 of 2017 but that Bench is not available.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by the said order but petitioner has been

Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was refused, I am not inclined to interfere with the order. However, considering the submission, let petitioner surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered by the court below keeping in view the submission made above and disposed of the same, if possible, on the same day.
With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
