Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 352, 351(2), 74 and 76 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that while he was going to his field on 11-7-2025 at 4 pm with his tractor to till the land, when he was intercepted by 9 accused persons including four women accused and they started abusing, on protest, Ravi caught the informant while

No.86972 of 2025(2) dt.12-03-2026 2/3 Dharmendra assaulted by rod causing injury on head, thereafter Dharmendra assaulted Shambhu causing injury on head, further Deepak and Mukesh assaulted Mankeshwar by lathi causing swelling on head and Deepak caught Premlata by hair and dashed her on the ground and thereafter assaulted her. It is next alleged that Deepak and Mukesh also assaulted those who came to save them.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that petitioner and the informant are agnates and are having dispute relating to land. It is further submitted that on the date of occurrence, an altercation took place with regard to the dispute relating to land and both sides assaulted each other. It is next submitted that as far as petitioners are concerned, it is alleged against petitioner no. 1 that he caught the informant and thereafter Dharmendra assaulted him by rod and as far as petitioner no. 2 is concerned, the allegation against him is of assaulting Mankeshwar, along with Deepak. It is further submitted that injury suffered by the informant and Mankeshwar has been opined to be simple and the injury suffered by Premlata has been opined to be grievous but then Deepak is alleged to have assaulted Premlata. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Parbatta P.S.
