JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-02-2020 This application has been filed for cancellation of the bail granted to the O.P.no.2 to 4 vide order dated 25.10.2019 in SC/ST Special Case No.154 of 2019 by Addl. Sessions Judge Ist cum Special Judge, Jamui in connection with Complaint Case No.81C of 2019 under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 427 of the IPC.

Grounds for cancellation of the bail is that on the day of surrender itself the O.P.No.2 to 4 have been granted bail by the Special Judge .

Heard learned APP as well as the learned counsel for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86244 of 2019(2) dt.17-02-2020 2/2 the petitioner. It appears that the learned Special Judge after considering the materials on record including dispute between the parties and the proceeding between parties under Section 107 Cr.P.C., has granted bail to O.P. nos. 2 to 4. There is no allegation of misuse of the privilege of the bail as well as tampering with the evidence.

In view of the discussions made above, there is no merit in this application.

According, this application is dismissed.
