JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR) Date : 27-06-2022 Heard Mr. Dhirendra Singh, learned advocate for the appellant and Mr. Mankeshwar Tiwari for the State. The appellant has challenged the order dated 24.09.2018 passed by the learned singe Judge in CWJC No. 18169 of 2017 whereby he has refused to entertain the writ petition on the ground of availability of statutory appeal under Section 18 of the Arms Act, 1959, against the order passed by the licensing authority refusing to grant license to the appellant.

Patna High Court L.P.A No.1606 of 2019 dt.27-06-2022 2/2 We do not find any reason to interfere with this order. The appellant shall be well advised to prefer an appeal against the order of refusal of license.
