In compliance of the order of this Court dated 19.04.2019, passed in CWJC No.8148 of 2017, the entire

Patna High Court MJC No.5102 of 2019(3) dt.06-10-2023 2/2 amount of salary for the period the petitioner has worked, has been credited in the account of the petitioners, as would be apparent from paragraph nos. 12 and 13 of the show-cause, filed by the contemnors in the present case, and moreover, an order dated 01.11.2019 has also been passed by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Education Department, Bhagalpur, hence, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court has already stood complied.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands dismissed.
