JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 18-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In this writ petition, the grievance has been raised by the petitioner that the petitioner belongs to Ward No.12 where the members of backward class in majority. An advertisement was published for appointed of backward class candidate has been withdrawn/cancelled, in the meantime fresh delimitation exercise was done and feeder area has been changed and has been declared for the general classes.

In such view of aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to file his representation alongwith order of this Court before District

Patna High Court CWJC No.11381 of 2018 (2) dt.18-07-2018 Magistrate, Patna who will consider case of the petitioner and take decision in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of filing of the representation. With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
