Petitioner is an accused in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 177 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. As a matter of fact the deceased Rinku Devi was suffering from Chronic disease, due to which she died during treatment. The prescription of the doctor of Kaimur at Bhabua shows that the deceased while treatment referred to B.H.U. for further check up. Xerox copy of the said prescription is attached with the record. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 25.07.2019.

Case No. 177 of 2019.
