2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with NCB Case No.NCB/PZU/V/18/21 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 15(c)/18b, 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. There is recovery of 14.7 Kg of opium from the truck. The petitioner, who is the driver of the truck, is in custody since 13.08.2021.

4. Out of eight witnesses five witnesses have been examined. The remaining witnesses are to be examined by the NCB.

5. Pursuant to the order of this Court, the Zonal Director of NCB has appeared and submitted that all the witnesses have been examined.

6. In view of the fact that the trial is on the verge of conclusion, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the bail application of the petitioner is dismissed again.
