2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363 , 366(A) and 34 of the IPC .

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other co-accused persons kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant with intention to solemnize marriage with her and victim in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P . C has supported the prosecution case .

4. Considering the statement of the victim recorded
