2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c) and 21(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 40 sachets containing 25. 07 grams of brown sugar was recovered from possession of coaccused Suma Devi who disclosed the name of this petitioner as being the supplier of the recovered contraband.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and huge quantity of recovery of contraband, the prayer for grant of
