2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act.
3. According to F.I.R., one country made pistol was recovered from Safari vehicle which was parked in the premises of co-accused Sourav Yadav.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name transpired during course of investigation. Petitioner is neither driver nor owner of the vehicle in question and he has got no concern with the alleged recovery. He further submits that till dated it has not been verified by the District Transport Officer as to who is the

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea in connection with Jankinagar P. S. Case No. 108 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
