2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 74, 109, 303(2), 353 r/w 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 19.07.2024, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner, in order to grab the hut and land of informant, assaulted informant and his family members and took away house-hold articles. It is further alleged that this petitioner assaulted informant's son on his head with Dabiya.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1540 of 2025(2) dt.11-02-2025 2/2 parties are Gotiya and due to land dispute, a simple Maarpeet took place, in which both sides sustained injury. Injury, allegedly caused by this petitioner, is simple in nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 338 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
