Petitioner is in custody in connection with Special (Excise) Case No. 302 of 2018, arising out of Bihra P.S. Case No. 106 of 2018 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 379, 384, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(b) (c) of Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of personal grudge the petitioner has been made accused in the instant case at the instance of co-villagers. He submits that there is no recovery of wine from the possession of the petitioner and he has been prosecuted in the instant case on account of demand of Rangdari. He submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The other allegation of

Considering the totality of facts situation, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail after 27.07.2018 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Saharsa, in connection with Special (Excise) Case No. 302 of 2018, arising out of Bihra P.S.
