The petitioner is accused in connection with Bishanpur P.S. Case No. 41 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 82 bottles each containing 180 ml, 11 bottles each containing 375 ml and 3 bottles each containing 750 ml Indian made foreign liquor from the straw house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 14.09.2019.

No.81929 of 2019(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise Act), Darbhanga, in connection with Bishanpur P.S. Case No. 41 of 2019. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
