2. The petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2023 in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 241/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323/376/354(A)/ 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is of having established sexual relation with the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that both the parties are co-villagers and due to family pressure, she gave her statement against this petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, POCSO, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Kalyanpur P.S.
