2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103 (1) , 109, 61 ( 2 ), 111 and 3 (5) of BNS and 27 of Arms Act.

3 . As per F.I.R. informant alleges that, all the named accused persons including this petitioner under a conspiracy hired criminals, who killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is only alleged to be conspirator and there is no other material on record to suggest any understanding or agreement between the co-accused and petitioner to commit the alleged occurrence . Petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2025 .

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, materials available on record, period of custody and other circumstances of the case , the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Saran at Chapra in connection with Dariyapur P . S. Case No. 441 of 2025 .
