In view of the statements made showing that some the accused have been arrested in this case and steps have been taken to arrest remaining absconding accused and further that the State Level Security Committee has already rejected the application of the petitioner, this contempt application is not fit to proceed. The

Patna High Court MJC No.2110 of 2018 (4) dt.18-08-2018 2/2 petitioner will however, have the liberty to challenge the decision of the State Level Security Committee and will have further liberty to approach the learned Court below where the case is pending seeking such appropriate relief as may be permissible in accordance with law.
