The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Amas PS case no. 157 of 2018 instituted for the offence punishable under Section 394 of Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding three unknown miscreants having intercepted the informant and after giving knife blow, they had snatched the motorcycle. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that neither any T.I. parade has been held so as to connect the petitioner with the alleged crime nor the stolen motorcycle has been recovered from

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and appropriate to release the abovenamed petitioner on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Amas PS case no. 157 of 2018.
