Mr. Zainul Abedin ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-07-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S.Case No. 12 of 2018 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a,26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation in brief is that police, while investigating another case, apprehended some persons, who disclosed that arms used in the said offence has been kept in the house of the petitioner, the police raided the house and recovered country made pistol and four live cartridges.

Submission is that arms was kept by the other co-accused in the house of the petitioner and he is in custody for last six months.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Prahlad Kumar, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
