JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-02-2020 The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for directing the respondent authorities to provide the Degree for Bachelors of Science (Physics Hons.) under Three Years Degree Course during the Session 2008-2011, which the petitioner has passed in the year 2011 from Magadh University, Bodh Gaya in 2nd class.

It is submitted that the petitioner would be filing appropriate application along with the requisite fees for the purposes of grant of degree for Bachelor of Science (Physics Hons), as aforesaid, hence the authorities be directed to process the application of the petitioner and grant the degree in question. The learned counsel appearing for the University

Patna High Court CWJC No.321 of 2020(2) dt.18-02-2020 2/2 submits that in case the petitioner files appropriate application along with the requisite fees, in accordance with the rules/regulations of the University, the same would definitely be processed within a period of four weeks of filing of the same. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application along with requisite fees for grant of degree in accordance with law/rules/regulations, whereupon the University shall process the same and pass appropriate orders/grant the degree in question within a period of six weeks of filing of such application by the petitioner.
