2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 306/2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is assailant of the deceased. Out of 15 chargeshseeted witnesses, only one witness has been examined. He is in jail since 30.08.2020.

4. Considering the delay in trial, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st, Gaya in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 306/2020.
