2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 64 of 2023 dated 17.03.2023, lodged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 504, 506, 427, 379, 307 and 324 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against 26 named accused persons, including the petitioner. The petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the victim, causing grievous injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2023 having

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1760 of 2024(2) dt.18-01-2024 2/2 two criminal antecedents. He further submits that there is case and counter case from both the sides and the parties have settled their dispute as per Annexure- P4.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.- IIIrd, Gaya in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 64 of 2023.
