JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 In compliance of the order of this Court dated 14.05.2018, the Deputy Regional Manager, Central Bank of India, Regional Office, Patna has passed the order dated 04.12.2018, whereby and whereunder the difference of salary has already been credited to the account of the petitioner herein, however it is stated that fixation of pension with revised salary and other terminal benefits would also be processed and would be completed within a short span of time.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present contempt petition is disposed of with a direction to the Deputy Regional Manager, Central Bank of India, Regional Office, Patna to fix the pension of the petitioner

Patna High Court MJC No.2219 of 2018(4) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 with revised salary and pay the other terminal benefits etc. within a period of eight weeks from today, failing which the said authority shall be liable to pay Rs. 50,000/- to the petitioner herein by way of cost and in default, the petitioner would be at liberty to revive the present contempt petition by filing an interlocutory application.
