JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2018 The petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no. 2, by order, dated 19.08.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 38980 of 2017, which arose out of the complaint case no. 2173 of 2016, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 498A, 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner is the wife of the opposite party no. 2. It seems to be that it is basically matrimonial discord which is the reason behind filing of the present application for cancellation of bail. This application has no merit and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
