In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No.147 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, the petitioner has moved before this Court for anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 25028 of 2017 and this Court vide order dated 10.08.2017 rejected the anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
