The petitioner who is in custody since 26.7.2019 has filed the instant application for grant of bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 258 of 2019 (District-Vaishali) registered for the offence punishable under sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation in the FIR which was lodged against unknown, the motorcycle of the informant had been stolen while he was visiting the Bank.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the F.I.R was registered against unknown but the name of the petitioner has transpired in course of investigation. It is further stated that contrary to the allegation that the motorcycle

The application for bail was opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case including the fact of the petitioner being in custody since 26.7.2019, having no criminal antecedent and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned XIVth Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 258 of 2019 (District-Vaishali).
