2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(1), 351(2) & 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner along with co-accused Bittu inflicted knife injury to Priyanshu Kumar on his back & stomach. Doctor has found the injuries simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the nature of injury and clean

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87862 of 2025(2) dt.10-02-2026 2/2 antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saran, Chapra in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
