Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a fresh notification has been issued on 31st December, 2020 notifying the Electricity ( Rights of Consumers) Rules, 2020. He submits that the tenant (petitioner) would be making an application for grant of electrical connection in terms of this

Patna High Court CWJC No.25549 of 2019(6) dt.21-01-2021 2/2 fresh notification. The claim of the petitioner now has to be considered in terms of the fresh notification. Therefore, no order is required to be passed in the instant writ petition.
