The petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2018 in connection with Bithan P.S. Case No. 148 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no demand of dowry or torture having been meted out by this petitioner. The allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature and he is an old person.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner is a father-in-law of the deceased, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
