JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-10-2018 The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the reasoned order has been passed by the Opposite Party No.3 vide letter dated 3.10.2018 and the admitted dues has already been paid to the petitioner herein.

In view of the aforesaid, there is no need to continue with the present contempt petition. However, in case the amount mentioned in paragraph no.5 of the show cause has not been credited in the account of the petitioner, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a two pages petition for revival of the present contempt petition.

The present contempt petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
