1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Begusarai Town Police Station Case No. 312 of 2022, dated 28.05.2022, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 323/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, as per the First Information Report, is that the petitioner along with other accused persons arrived at the shop of the informant's brother and started abusing him. The petitioner assaulted the informant with iron rod on her head causing injury to the informant.
4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3026 of 2024(4) dt.26-04-2024 2/3 petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to some money transaction between the parties. He next submits that the injury caused to the informant is simple in nature. He further submits that co-accused persons, namely, Shobhraj Gupta and Manish Raj Gupta have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order, dated 16.05.2023, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 2483 of 2023.

Regards being had to the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties and taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, and coaccused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, I am inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of anticipatory bail.
6. This application is, accordingly, allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Town Police Station Case No. 312 of 2022, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2)
