2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 53 of 2022, registered under Sections 302, 201 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The informant alleged that on 22.02.2022 at about 7 p.m. informed that a dead body of a female was lying on the railway track near Monjhagarh railway station. He informed the police about the incident and after verification of the dead body, it was sent to Sadar hospital, Gopalganj for post-mortem.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioners further submits that have have been implicated on the basis of suspicion due to a call detail report after

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2831 of 2025(3) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 about 1 year & 4 months of alleged occurrence on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Govinda Yadav. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and taking into consideration the fact that on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, the name of the petitioner came, I am inclined to grant the petitioners privilege of anticipatory bail.

7. Let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj, in connection with Manjhagarh P.S.
