In the present modification application, the petitioner has sought for permission to add alias name of his father in the cause, title of the order dated 16-11-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58690 of 2019 in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 233 of 2019.

Accordingly, the order dated 16-11-2019

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83876 of 2019(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58690 of 2019 is modified to the extent that in the cause, title of the order, the father's name of the petitioner be read as "Late Ram Kripal Singh @ Late Ram Krishna Singh" in place of "Late Ram Kripal Singh".

This modification application is allowed in the manner indicated above.
