Therefore, in the order dated 2nd August, 2018 in Letters Patent Appeal No.981 of 2018, in place of 'WB 15A 1554', it should be read as 'JH 02M-5289', in place of 'Confiscation Proceeding No.132 of 2017' it should be read as 'Confiscation Proceedings No.107 of 2017' and in place of 'Forest Case No.46 of 2017', it should be read as 'Forest Case No.37 of 2017'.

Registry is directed to issue fresh order accordingly.
