The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304 (B), 201, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Daughter of the informant is said to have been married with Chandan Kumar and said Chandan Kumar alongwith his family members have committed her dowry death and disposed of her dead body.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and petitioner no. 1 is Dewar, petitioner no. 2 is Nanad of the deceased. They have no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. They have neigther made

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85245 of 2019(2) dt.14-02-2020 2/2 any demand nor ever tormented the deceased. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The husband of the deceased is in jail. The co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.07.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 26793 of 2019. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Barh, Patna in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 263 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
