2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 232 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have misappropriated Government fund.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 23.09.2023. From Annexure-2, it appears that the work done by the petitioner has been found satisfactory.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 232 of 2023.
