2. By filing the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the concerned respondent Authorities to pay current salary, on month to month basis, including arrears of salary to the petitioner, who has been working as Panchayat Teacher posted

Patna High Court CWJC No.976 of 2020 dt.08-07-2024 2/3 at new Primary School, Tola-Mishrawabia, Block-Bhagwanpur, District-Siwan from 12.07.2014 to till date.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner represented his matter before the competent authorities several times by way of written representations for redressal of his grievances, but till date, no heed was paid and having no other alternative or efficacious remedy, the petitioner has moved before this Court for vindication of his justified grievance.

4. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and also perusing the material on record, it appears that the petitioner has moved straight before this Court without following due procedure of approaching the learned District Appellate Authority.

5. In such view of the matter, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Siwan for consideration of his matter within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The District Appellate Authority, Siwan is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and dispose the same by passing a speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible after hearing

6. With the aforesaid direction and observation, this writ application stands disposed of.
