Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with R/C 03(A) of 2013, Tr. No. 20 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was appointed on the basis of forged Madhyama Examination certificate. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and the certificate has not been examined.

Learned counsel for the CBI has submitted that certificate of the petitioner was sent for verification and from verification report it appears that the certificate is false since the roll code 27

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47712 of 2018 (3) dt.11-09-2018 2/2 for the year 1988 is having roll Nos. upto 750 only and the roll No. 775 of roll code 27 for the yer 1988 has not been allotted to anyone.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Hence, this application is dismissed.
