Javed Jafar Khan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Navin Kumar Pandey, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. The present modification application has been filed for modifying the order dated 29.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75808 of 2023 by which the petitioner has been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 325 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail bonds of the petitioners were not accepted by the learned Trial Court on the ground that the learned Trial Court received a report from the Inspector of Barachattin Police Station in which

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in both the cases, the petitioner has been acquitted from the charges and hence there is no case in the eye of law.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the learned Trial Court is directed to accept the bail bond of the petitioners forthwith.
