JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sahar P.S. Case No. 213 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has inflicted knife blow on the back portion of the younger brother of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.08.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83966 of 2019(3) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sahar P.S. Case No. 213 of 2019.
