Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chakmehsi P.S. case no. 86 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier disposed of by co-ordinate Bench of this court by order dated 15.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 47364 of 2015 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail till submission of charge sheet. Now, in this case charge sheet has been submitted. The petitioner has filed this fresh application seeking anticipatory bail. This Court is of the view that the same is not maintainable.

This prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands
