JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-08-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected twice by this Court vide order dated 4.7.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 23872 of 2017 and vide order dated 10.1.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 1284 of 2018 and allegation is that petitioner was identified in CCTV camera.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no substantive progress in the trial and petitioner is in custody since 10.1.2017.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
