Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajapakar (Baranti O.P.) P.S. Case No.29 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under section 304(B),201,34 of the IPC. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.1363 of 2017 on 06.03.2017 on merit. Now, further submits that co-accused, namely, Deepak Kumar (husband), Laljeet Rai, Nawal Rai, Baij Nath Rai (father-in-law) have faced trial and they have been acquitted as no prosecution witness has supported the prosecution case as detailed in Annexure-3 to the bail application.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the event of his

No.83162 of 2019(2) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 arrest or surrender within four weeks on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., VIIth, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar (Baranti O.P.) P.S. Case No.29 of 2016 .
