JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2020 Heard Mr. Rajeev Kumar Verma, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Ms. Binita Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar School Examination Board.

Petitioner in this writ petition seeks direction to the Bihar School Examination Board to approve the list of ad-hoc teachers/faculty members of the College in question, who have been duly selected and appointed by the Selection Committee in accordance with the norms of National Council for Teachers Education Act and further to nominate an expert/representative of the Bihar School Examination Board for the Selection

Patna High Court CWJC No.25080 of 2019(2) dt.10-01-2020 2/3 Committee of the College in question for appointment of teachers/faculty members, if required.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that by filing counter affidavit, the Bihar School Examination Board annexed Annexure A, which contains Letter No.497/2018 dated 11.04.2018 by which the Deputy Secretary of Bihar School Examination Board asked the Principal/Secretary of Maulana Mazharul Haque Teachers Training College, Mathurapur, Samastipur (petitioner) to furnish information on three points but information has not yet been submitted to the Board on the pretext that the petitioner never received Letter No.497/2018. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that he will submit all three information required by Letter No.497/2018 by Monday (13.01.2020) and on such the Bihar School Examination Board may be directed to pass order within a week.

Having considered the submissions of both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to furnish three required information as contained in Letter No.497/2018 dated 11.04.2018 by Monday (13.01.2020) and thereafter the Bihar School Examination Board shall pass order by 18.01.2020 on the information of the petitioner in accordance
