2. The Panchayat Sarkar Bhavan is being constructed on the land, which has been recorded in Khatiyan as "Gairmajarua Malik".

3. I do not see any illegality in the order, whereby the land in question, has been selected for construction of Panchayat Sarkar Bhavan.

4. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands dismissed.
