The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the accused persons is of committing torture and thereafter caused death of the victim due to nonfulfilment of demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 7.9.2019 and have got no criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82672 of 2019(4) dt.04-06-2020 2/2 antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. They have got no concern with the alleged occurrence. The husband of the deceased is in custody.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R/complaint case.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the lockdown, the petitioners above named, are directed to be released on bail on their personal bonds to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. -1, Madhubani in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 246/19, C.R.I. No. 1673/19.

Once the normalcy is restored, the petitioner shall furnish bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each within a period of four weeks to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with the aforesaid case. (Sudhir Singh, J) Pankaj/- U T
