2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against these petitioners is that they assaulted the son of the informant on his head and neck by means of sword as a result of which he sustained injury. Doctor has found the injury caused by these petitioners to be simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

4. Considering the simple nature of injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above

No.1877 of 2024(2) dt.07-02-2024 2/2 named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sadar, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Sugauli P. S. Case No. 313 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
