Petitioners are in custody in connection with S.Tr. No. 267 of 1996 arising out of Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 97/94 for the offence under sections 143, 341, 323, 353, 307, 379 and 332 of the Indian Penal Code.
Earlier petitioners were granted regular bail in 1994 itself but later on they failed to enter their attendance and as such their bail bond was cancelled.
After nearly two decades the petitioners learnt about the cancellation of bail bonds and then they surrendered on 16.7.2018.
Since the petitioners were earlier granted bail on merit
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54349 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 and their bail bonds were cancelled on account of their nonappearance in the trial, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with S.Tr. No. 267 of 1996 arising out of Rajapakar P.S. Case No.97 of 1994 on the condition that the petitioners have to appear before the trial court on each and every dates, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
