The present writ application has been filed for the following relief/s:- "(a) For quashing the order dated 09.09.2014 by which the case of petitioner for regularization has been rejected.

(b) For a direction to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization in the light of Government decisions and in the light of Hon'ble Court's order. However, the petitioner is continuously discharging the duty since 02.04.2002 to the post of Librarian in the M.M. Mahila

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the ViceChancellor, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara (respondent no.3) within a period of four weeks by filing a fresh representation enclosing all the documents in support of his grievance.

Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case a representation is filed, by the petitioner, the respondent no.3 is well advised to consider the same, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, considering the order passed in C.W.J.C. No.13895 of 2021, thereon, within a period of ten weeks, thereafter. 6.

It is made clear that Annexure-1 shall not come in the way of passing any order by the respondent no.3. 7.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ application is disposed of.
