Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 307, 302, 379, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is in custody since 1-7-2024 and charge-sheet has been submitted. 4.

It is next submitted that similarly situated coaccused Akash Chaudhary @ Akash Kumar had approached this court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc No. 64461 of 2024 and the same was allowed by an order dated 1710-2024 with certain conditions. It is next submitted that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2965 of 2025(2) dt.31-01-2025 2/2 case of the petitioner is similar to that of Akash Chaudhary. It is also submitted that while granting anticipatory bail to Akash Chaudhary, the court had dealt the case in detail and on merits. 5.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and also taking into consideration the order dated 17-10-2024 in Cr. Misc No. 64461 of 2024, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 300 of 2024.

However, if the learned trial court comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
